Creditor Bankruptcy

We are a creditors' rights law firm based in Columbus, Ohio, providing services to to all creditors in all chapters of the Bankruptcy Code. The practice is on behalf of creditors including objections to confirmation in Chapters 13 and 11, file numerous motions for relief from stay to recover collateral, opposing motions for redemption, to strip liens and other issues.
